Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We currently only ship within Australia. We aim to add international shipping in the near future as we grow , because we’ve had interest from New Zealand, the Pacific, etc. But for now, if you’re outside Australia, we unfortunately can’t accept direct orders for transfers (the shipping cost and time for such a temperature-sensitive product is also a consideration).

If you are overseas and really want our transfers, you might use a package forwarding service (some customers have done this, where we ship to an Aus address of a forwarder and they send it on). But note, results may vary and we can’t guarantee transit conditions internationally unless we handle it, which we don’t yet.

For our Australian customers, rest assured we’ll get your order anywhere in the country. And stay tuned – once we solve the logistics, we will announce international options.
