What shipping options do you offer for deliveries, and how long do they take?

We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post (and occasionally couriers for special cases). During checkout, you’ll typically have two choices: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

• Standard Shipping: This is usually via AusPost Parcel service. Delivery times depend on your location. In metro areas on the east coast, standard post is often around 2–5 business days. To WA or more remote areas, it could be a bit longer (maybe 5–7 days). We charge a flat or weight-based rate for standard shipping (sometimes free for large orders or promotions). Standard shipping comes with tracking.
• Express Shipping: This uses AusPost Express service. Express is typically overnight to major cities and 1-3 days to most other areas (a bit longer for very remote). If you’re in Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne metro, it’s often next business day delivery once we dispatch. We highly recommend Express if timing is crucial, as AusPost Express has been quite reliable for speed. We provide tracking for this as well, and you’ll get a tracking number either via email or SMS once shipped.

All orders, whether standard or express, include a tracking number. You will receive this in your shipping confirmation email. You can use that to track the delivery status on the AusPost website.

If you want to estimate shipping time to your postcode, you can use Australia Post’s delivery estimator on their site (our dispatch postcode is 4006). But roughly:

• Express: 1 day to QLD/NSW/VIC metros, 2 days to SA, 2-3 to WA/North QLD/NT.
• Standard: 2-3 days to QLD/NSW/VIC metros, 3-6 days elsewhere.

Keep in mind our production time (usually 24 hours) in addition to these transit times. We process orders quickly (often same or next day as discussed), so total time = production (1 day) + transit (varies by method). If your order is time-sensitive, combine Priority Processing + Express Shipping for the fastest possible service.

We currently do not offer international shipping (see next question). Within Australia, we find AusPost covers everywhere reliably. In special cases or bulk freight, we can arrange couriers like StarTrack or TNT on request, but those would be custom arrangements.
