Will I be able to track my shipment?

Yes, absolutely. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email (to the email address you provided at checkout). This tracking number is usually an Australia Post tracking code. You can use it on the Australia Post tracking website to see the status of your delivery in real time. It will show when the parcel is picked up, in transit, out for delivery, etc. If you have any issues with tracking or don’t see the email, you can always contact us and we’ll provide you the number directly.

For Express shipments, AusPost is quite prompt and you’ll often see updates within hours. For Standard, tracking might update once a day or when it reaches hubs. Either way, tracking is included so you’re not left guessing. We know how important it is to know where your package is, especially if you’re on a deadline.

If you chose local pickup, we’ll notify you when it’s ready rather than a tracking number. But for anything shipped, track away! And remember, if something looks stalled in tracking, let us know – occasionally we can poke AusPost if needed, but generally their service is reliable.
