Where are you based, and can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Specifically, our production facility is in Newstead (Brisbane area). Yes, we do offer local pickup for customers who are nearby and would prefer to collect their orders in person.

When you checkout, you can select “Local Pickup” as the delivery option (instead of choosing a shipping method). Once your order is ready, you’ll get a notification that it’s available for pickup. Our pickup address is 11 Maud Street, Newstead, QLD. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm 【20†L300-L307}. If you need to arrange an after-hours pickup, let us know – we have an after-hours locker/collection area we can use with prior arrangement.

Picking up can save you time if you’re local – often you could place an order in the morning and pick it up the next day (or even same-day for priority). Plus you save on shipping costs. Just bring your order confirmation or ID when coming to collect, so we know which order is yours.
