How can I contact customer support if I have questions or need help?

You can reach our support team through several channels:

  • Live Chat: On our website, we have a live chat feature (usually a chat icon at the bottom corner). During business hours, our team actively responds there. It’s great for quick questions or updates. If it’s outside of hours, you can leave a message there and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re online.
  • Email: You can email us at  with any queries. We typically respond within a few business hours, and certainly within 24 hours on weekdays. If you have artwork attachments or anything lengthy, email works well.
  • Facebook/Instagram: We’re also on social media. You can message us there – we do check DMs daily. However, for order-specific issues, email or chat is preferable so we can track it properly.
  • In person: If you’re local and it’s an issue with a product, you could come by our shop, but most things can be solved remotely.

Our customer support hours are generally 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday (Brisbane time). We sometimes respond off-hours if we see something urgent, but officially it’s business hours. We pride ourselves on friendly, helpful service – whether you’re asking a basic “how do I do this” or troubleshooting an advanced problem, we will give it full attention.

Remember, there are also resources on our website – like this FAQ, and tutorial pages – but if those don’t cover it, just ask us directly. No question is too small: whether you’re a first-timer needing guidance or a seasoned pro with a technical query, we’re here to help. Our team has experience in both DTF and other print methods, and we love sharing knowledge so you succeed with your projects.
