What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment to make it convenient for you. This includes:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can enter your card details securely through our checkout.
• PayPal: If you prefer PayPal, that option is available – it allows you to pay either from your PayPal balance or through PayPal using a card or bank account.
• Shop Pay / Afterpay / Other BNPL: We have integrated options like Shop Pay Instalments, and possibly other buy-now-pay-later services such as Afterpay or Klarna (depending on current offerings). These let you split payments if eligible. If you see the ShopPay option, you can choose to pay in parts.
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: If you’re on a device that supports these, our checkout often allows those digital wallet payments for a quick process.
• Bank Transfer (by request): For large wholesale orders, we can accept direct bank deposits or transfers. This would be arranged offline/invoice. Usually not needed for standard web orders, but it’s possible.
• No Cash on Delivery: As an online service, we do not do COD payments. All orders must be paid in full before we produce/ship.

Our checkout is secured and encrypted. If you run into any issue with a payment method, let us know. Sometimes international cards might hiccup if you’re ordering from outside Australia (though currently we ship in Australia only, international coming soon). We try to accommodate whatever is easiest for our customers, so if you need an alternate method, reach out.
